Keeper Security is hiring a Systems Support Engineer for its B2B EMEA support team. This position is based in Ireland and supports a hybrid work model for those near County Cork, with a fully remote option for candidates living farther away.
Keeper Security develops cybersecurity software used by millions of people and organizations in over 150 countries. As part of the team, you will help customers resolve technical issues and deliver detailed support analysis.
Role overview
- Provide technical support to B2B customers across the EMEA region
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Keeper’s cybersecurity products
- Work weekend shifts as part of the support team’s coverage
