About the Position: This role will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment and selection cycle for the positions under your purview, from defining strategies and aligning profiles with leadership to conducting interviews and evaluating candidates, ensuring the selection of the best talents for the company. You will focus on the efficiency of the selection processes, utilizing recruitment tools, promoting a positive candidate experience, and acting as a strategic partner to leadership by providing insights on market trends and talent. You will also be responsible for analyzing departmental indicators and proposing continuous improvements, in addition to leading projects related to talent attraction.
Your Challenges
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various levels of seniority and areas of expertise, from profile alignment to closing the position;
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership and areas, providing insights on market trends and talent acquisition.
