Key responsibilities
- Work with company leaders to design and adjust recruitment strategies that support growth and align with fuku’s values.
- Lead and support a team of recruiters, keeping hiring efforts on track and consistent with company goals.
- Represent and strengthen fuku’s employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
- Improve recruitment processes by introducing effective methods and using data to guide changes.
- Advance diversity and inclusion in all hiring activities, supporting equal opportunity at fuku.
