Join us at getolo as we embark on an exciting journey of growth! We are looking for a driven and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) to be an integral part of our Recruiting team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end hiring process for our Sales team in the German market. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hybrid position, requiring you to be in our Berlin office 1-2 days a week. Proficiency in both German and English at a professional level is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire talent acquisition process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
  • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent and cultivate a diverse candidate pool.
  • Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing needs, providing expert guidance and support throughout the hiring journey.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including crafting job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Ensure adherence to all pertinent laws and regulations associated with the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sourcing channels.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment; experience in sales recruitment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities and working independently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and other HR tools.
  • Full professional fluency (C1+) in both German and English.
