Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment process for Tech and Product roles. Collaborate with Tech and Product leaders to anticipate hiring needs, define job profiles, and build effective teams. Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of top tech talent. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and enhance employer branding to position us as the preferred choice for ambitious professionals. Analyze recruiting metrics to continuously enhance speed, quality, and conversion rates. Ensure a candidate experience that is personalized, efficient, and top-notch. Act as a true business partner, not just a recruiter, but a key growth enabler. Your Profile:5+ years of successful recruiting experience for technology roles in fast-paced environments (scale-up, SaaS, or startup). Demonstrated history of delivering high-volume, quality hires (approximately 23-25 strong hires per year). In-depth understanding of what constitutes a high-performing business profile and the ability to successfully close candidates. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; fluency in sales language. Data-driven approach with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Fluency in both English (especially written) and French. A proactive, resilient attitude with a strong bias for action — you make things happen.

You will operate swiftly, think strategically, and deliver remarkable results , aiming for 25 quality hires annually.
