Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Talent Acquisition. At least 5 years in a management or supervisory role within Talent Acquisition. Proven experience in designing, developing, and executing Talent Acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs. Prior recruitment experience in a BPO or Call Center environment is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Experience in leading teams across multiple sites is preferred.

The Talent Acquisition Manager acts as a pivotal leader in all dimensions of full-cycle talent acquisition, ensuring a dynamic and effective recruitment atmosphere that significantly enhances new hire retention. This position involves participating in and leading projects to fulfill recruitment objectives and timelines. The role requires building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business needs and to devise strategies that address the current and future talent requirements of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the Talent Acquisition teams with a focus on continuous improvement, introducing innovative and efficient methods for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and retention.
  • Gather and analyze data from the Company Applicant Tracking Solution and other relevant sources to evaluate key recruitment activities, aiming to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Oversee the coordination of Talent Acquisition across multiple locations.
  • Conduct audits of site TA teams to ensure adherence to Corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Site Human Resources to mentor and develop TA personnel, fostering an environment that promotes learning and professional growth.
  • Stay updated on all TA-related legal and regulatory matters pertinent to the country, providing recommendations for changes to Corporate Human Resources as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication and teamwork among TA teams to ensure ongoing and comprehensive feedback from Operations regarding candidate quality.
