Join getolo as we embark on an exciting journey of growth! We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist (all genders) to strengthen our recruiting team and play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent as we transition from a start-up to a scale-up. This role focuses on end-to-end recruiting for our Sales Team in the German market. It is a full-time position (40 hours/week) within a hybrid work model (1-2 days a week in our Berlin office). Proficiency in both German and English at a negotiation level is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent while building a diverse candidate pool.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruiting process.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and job offers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Monitor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting; experience in sales recruiting is a plus.
  • Proven track record of identifying and hiring top talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with recruitment software and other HR tools.
  • Fluent in German and English (C1+ level).
