Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will blend strategic thinking with daily operational tasks, ranging from candidate discussions to direct search and contributing to the development of tools and processes.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment (from junior to manager level),
- Building candidate outreach strategies,
- Engaging with hiring managers as a partner, providing advice and proposing enhanced solutions,
- Establishing long-term relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive experience,
- Designing and conducting Assessment Centers,
- Enhancing our ATS,
- Testing new approaches, tools, and methodologies.
What You Will Need to Start
- Strong knowledge of the media industry and its working realities,
- Experience in recruitment, particularly in direct search and proactive candidate engagement,
- The ability to view processes from a distance and propose better, more efficient solutions,
- A natural ease in building relationships and trust – essential for candidate engagement.
