Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete recruiting process for all roles based in New York City, collaborating closely with hiring managers and executives.
- Conduct full lifecycle searches for both technical (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) positions.
- Proactively identify top talent and develop robust pipelines in competitive markets.
- Facilitate thorough calibration and closing processes, adeptly managing complex compensation and equity discussions.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience while enhancing Merge’s brand presence in the market.
- Leverage recruiting metrics and insights to enhance hiring speed, quality, and overall efficiency of the process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and optimize our recruiting strategy and tools.
