Required Experience and Skills:Over 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience encompassing both technical and GTM roles. Experience in a startup environment characterized by rapid pace and significant ownership. Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and hiring high-quality candidates. Exceptional ability to manage multiple searches concurrently with great attention to detail. Strong sense of ownership, resourceful execution, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations. Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Modernloop, Brighthire, or similar platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete recruiting process for all roles based in New York City, collaborating closely with hiring managers and executives.
  • Conduct full lifecycle searches for both technical (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) positions.
  • Proactively identify top talent and develop robust pipelines in competitive markets.
  • Facilitate thorough calibration and closing processes, adeptly managing complex compensation and equity discussions.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience while enhancing Merge’s brand presence in the market.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics and insights to enhance hiring speed, quality, and overall efficiency of the process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and optimize our recruiting strategy and tools.
