Role Overview
This position shapes the future of Redo by building teams that drive our growth. The Talent Architect goes beyond filling open roles, playing a key part in selecting the people who will help us move forward. Expertise in identifying top talent and recognizing what sets apart outstanding engineers is essential here.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the full hiring process for engineering, product, go-to-market, and operations roles.
- Work directly with General Managers to turn business strategies into hiring plans and clear candidate profiles.
- Keep a proactive pipeline of candidates, anticipating hiring needs before positions are officially open.
- Run a data-driven recruiting operation, focusing on metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
