- Oversee a diverse caseload of participants, providing personalized counseling and mentorship.
- Evaluate participant competencies, work history, educational background, skills, and abilities, while identifying barriers to employment and facilitating effective solutions.
- Conduct regular individual meetings with participants focused on job searching, education, job retention, and job readiness.
- Compile a tailored overview of available services, collaborating with participants to develop a comprehensive employment plan that aligns with both short-term and long-term goals.
- Maintain up-to-date information on local resources and employers to support participant needs.
- Ensure accountability and attendance among participants, tracking and achieving employment retention goals.
- Promptly notify relevant government agencies regarding any changes in a participant's employment status.
- Schedule regular follow-ups with participants across various locations to assess job retention and advancement challenges.
- Provide participants with information about training opportunities and job openings that can lead to career growth.
- Take primary responsibility for guiding participants towards self-sufficiency, monitoring their progress throughout the program cycle, from referral to retention and advancement.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of participant information in both electronic and physical formats, documenting the entire history of each participant, including issued supportive services.
- Deliver case management focused on preparing clients for sustainable employment that leads to self-sufficiency.
- Facilitate access to training, educational resources, and employment services, ensuring clients receive the appropriate level of case management.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, linguistic, educational, and economic backgrounds in a classroom environment.
- Coordinate individual instruction in a professional and orderly manner.
- Enhance the job readiness scores of participants in workshops and ensure a steady flow of work-ready candidates for staff.
- Introduce company tools and resources in the classroom, such as Resume-Pro, Company Academy, General Education Diploma Academy, Money-Skill, and Project Chief Executive Officer.
- Ensure participants complete and submit assignments on schedule.
- Conduct outreach to students who are disengaged from classroom activities, documenting all efforts in program systems.
- Maintain participant assessments in the database and physical files.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, business clients, and other staff.
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
