N2O is seeking a Talent Management Executive based in Maidenhead. This position centers on sourcing skilled contractors to support marketing campaigns and brand activations. Collaboration with campaign management and internal teams is essential, as the role requires matching candidates from the company database to specific assignments based on their qualifications, location, and availability. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

What you will do

  • Partner with Campaign Management to review campaign briefs and ensure staffing needs are met.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications to select and schedule contractors for assignments.
  • Coordinate bookings and send assignment details, ensuring contractors are clear on requirements and objectives.
  • Update your line manager on campaign progress and follow established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate contractor records in the company’s BMS (database).
  • Identify and suggest improvements to contractor services and the BMS system.

Requirements

  • Open to working on Saturdays or Sundays as part of a rotating schedule, with time off during the week.
  • Strong spoken and written English for effective communication with teams and clients.
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service is preferred.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage a range of responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet personal targets set by a manager.
  • Collaborative team player who values reliability.
  • Confident with IT, especially Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
  • Comfortable working from the Maidenhead office.
