About the Role
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Talent Sourcer to enhance our outreach efforts and recruitment strategies for our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions across OpenAI. This role may involve collaboration on technical positions as necessary, allowing you to engage with specialists in various domains. You will work alongside a dynamic team of recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional partners to ensure success.
As a GTM Sourcer, you will significantly influence our hiring processes, working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top-tier talent within their fields. Your responsibilities will include driving the candidate funnel from initial contact to the interview stage, in partnership with our recruiters and organizational leaders.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers in the GTM sector to refine recruitment processes and create tailored sourcing strategies.
Conduct highly focused searches to identify and present qualified candidates.
Devise innovative outreach strategies to engage passive candidates effectively.
Nurture long-term relationships with key talent through strategic research and mapping.
Serve as the primary contact for candidates from the initial outreach through to the onsite interview, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Employ creative and unconventional methods to discover talent at events, conferences, and other opportunities.
Maintain an organized, data-driven approach to candidate tracking and management.
