You will work closely with our Director of Talent to identify and attract elite engineers and architects who will shape our future. Your mission goes beyond simply filling positions; it involves talent mapping the ecosystem and mastering LinkedIn Recruiter alongside cutting-edge AI-driven tools.
Your Responsibilities
Master the Stack: Take ownership of our sourcing workflow utilizing Ashby (CRM/ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and various AI sourcing tools to effectively identify top talent at scale.
Outbound & Engagement: Conduct high-volume, personalized outreach for various internal technical practices, adapting to the evolving needs of specialized skill sets.
Talent Mapping: Perform in-depth market research to uncover hidden talent and provide competitive intelligence to enhance decision-making and refine our talent pipeline.
Operational & HR Support: Act as a "force multiplier" by managing interview scheduling and assisting the VP of HR with onboarding tasks and documentation as required.
Candidate Experience: Ensure that every candidate, regardless of the outcome, has a remarkable experience with our brand.
