Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual who excels at transforming disordered recruiting processes into streamlined, automated systems. In this role, you will develop the foundational framework for our hiring practices, automating key areas such as sourcing, referrals, market signals, interview readiness, and data integrity, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to operate swiftly while enhancing the candidate experience. You will work closely with talent acquisition teams, operational staff, and leadership to implement weekly enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of the recruiting technology and automation ecosystem to facilitate high-volume, high-quality hiring.

  • Establish scalable sourcing automation to ensure a consistent influx of qualified and interested candidates for each role.

  • Implement competitor and talent signal monitoring with Slack notifications for significant market developments such as hiring surges, layoffs, and emerging talent.

  • Create a referral and backchannel engine that maps internal networks, illuminating warm connections to potential candidates.

  • Automate the enablement processes for interviewers and candidates, including prep materials, interview guides, triggered communications, and calendar workflows.

  • Enhance the careers site to better articulate our narrative, boost inbound candidate quality, and minimize application drop-offs.

  • Implement data integrity measures within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure reliable reporting and coordination through validation, exception reporting, and cleanup routines.

Required Qualifications

  • You can effectively diagram (whiteboard-style) how to construct the core systems described above and prioritize initial developments.

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter, with a strong sense of what contributes to a genuine talent pipeline.

  • Experience in recruiting operations is essential, including process design, tools, reporting, and stakeholder support.

  • A practical builder mindset: you transition swiftly from concepts to prototypes to functional workflows and continuously refine them.

  • A candidate-centric approach: you prioritize clarity, speed, and a positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
