Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Demonstrated experience in Intelligence Analysis encompassing target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis, along with familiarity with relevant tools and databases. Foreign language proficiency may be considered in fulfilling experience requirements. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent, or 10 years with an associate's degree, or 8 years with a bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a master's degree, or 4 years with a doctorate. Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication skills. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Your Role and Impact:

GRVTY is on the lookout for skilled Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to bolster critical Intelligence Community (IC) missions. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team at the forefront of cybersecurity efforts, combating digital threats from adversaries.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of collection and open-source data to derive actionable insights and leads.
  • Ensure ongoing target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and formulate strategies to gather additional target information.
  • Manage databases related to targeting, tasking, and analytical processes.
  • Identify intelligence gaps to customize existing collection efforts or initiate new collection strategies to fill those gaps.
  • Utilize various analytical disciplines, including pattern recognition, to assess targets' communication patterns, network usage, and digital footprints.
  • Apply your understanding of IC requirements and missions effectively.
  • Collaborate within a team environment, engaging with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop a mutual understanding of intelligence needs and mission priorities.
  • Harness your analytical skills and curiosity to create hypotheses, evaluate different analysis methods, and navigate data to obtain and share insights.
  • Document, contextualize, and disseminate your findings, including any novel tradecraft developed, to colleagues, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
