Position Summary
As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax and consulting services, including preparing federal and state tax returns, researching pertinent tax issues, and effectively communicating their implications for our clients’ businesses. You will also prepare year-end tax projections and learn to develop and implement tax planning strategies.
In the role of Audit Associate, your responsibilities will encompass planning assurance engagements, preparing financial statements, conducting testing procedures, identifying client issues, and assisting in their resolution, along with other financial reporting matters.
Basic qualifications for this associate-level position include:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
Strong academic performance in relevant subjects
Preferred qualifications for this associate-level position include:
In-depth technical accounting knowledge
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently
Strong time management capabilities
Relevant internship or work experience is advantageous, but not mandatory
