Your Role

As a Tax Specialist at LemFi, your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our global tax compliance as we expand internationally. Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, you will oversee corporate tax processes, assess international tax risks, and assist with both direct and indirect tax operations.

This role is an outstanding opportunity for an individual looking to transition into an in-house position or to further advance their skills within a dynamic and high-performing team. You will gain extensive exposure to corporation tax, VAT, and employment taxes, contributing to the development of a world-class tax function that supports LemFi’s global ambitions.

Your Contributions

  • Global Tax Compliance: Lead the comprehensive management of global corporate tax compliance, serving as the primary point of contact for external advisors across all tax jurisdictions.

  • Permanent Establishment Oversight: Monitor global PE risks and ensure compliance with local regulations.

  • Indirect Tax Support: Assist with VAT compliance and filings in multiple countries, gaining insights from complex international tax situations.

  • Tax Data & Workflow Enhancements: Collaborate with the finance team to identify opportunities for optimizing tax workflows, improving data accuracy, and boosting automation.

  • Advisory & Research: Conduct tax research, including VAT implications for new markets and employment tax considerations for our expanding global workforce.

  • Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with Finance, Legal, and People teams to integrate tax considerations into everyday business decisions.
