Qualifications

Degree in Automation Engineering or related field, or equivalent vocational training (e.g., Polymechanics) with relevant experience. Several years of experience in manufacturing automation, preferably in the medical technology sector. Proven experience in leading a team of technical experts. Project management experience in automating manufacturing processes. Strong collaboration skills with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus. Excellent command of English and German. Willingness to travel regularly within the EU and occasionally to America.

  • Manage a team of experts in injection molding and packaging development for medical products.
  • Oversee the implementation of efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Encourage innovation in automation and injection molding technologies, ensuring seamless integration into GMP-compliant environments.
  • Standardize technical requirements for devices and processes across the entire product network.
  • Manage project planning, including budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international quality and regulatory standards for all manufacturing processes, such as FDA regulations (cGMP) and ISO 13485.
