Who You’ll Collaborate With
You will be based in our Paris office, where you'll work alongside teams and directly engage with our partners, providers, and venues.
In this position, you will drive Fever’s portfolio of original events, collaborating across all departments, from Marketing to Operations.
The team you’re joining is dynamic, young, and vibrant. With multicultural backgrounds, your colleagues are high-caliber professionals hailing from McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.
Your Role
As a Team Lead, you will build and guide a team to conceptualize, launch, and manage strategic events from inception to completion. You will oversee the team's P&L, foster team growth, establish local industry connections, and represent Fever in all cities under your purview. Collaborating with other departments, you will strategize to expand the business in your region, working closely with fellow Team Leads, Regional Managers, and the company’s leadership.
