About the Role
The Team Lead, Systems Engineering is responsible for guiding a team of skilled Systems Engineers in delivering consistent technical execution, achieving strong customer outcomes, and generating measurable business impact across designated regions or segments.
This position requires a balance of people leadership, operational execution, and technical oversight. It is designed to ensure that Systems Engineering efforts align with business priorities while adapting to a rapidly evolving market.
