WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are on the lookout for a dynamic leader in EMEA People Operations to spearhead compliant, efficient, and impactful programs. As the Team Manager, People Operations, you will serve as a key leader and trusted advisor, navigating through the rapid growth in the EMEA region. Your role will involve harmonizing people, processes, and technology to create an optimal blend that delivers superior People programs. You will collaborate across Box as a People process expert, utilizing your expertise to guide other functions on optimizing their collaborations with the People Ops team, ensuring exceptional processes in the critical moments that matter. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Global People Operations, with additional support from the global People & Communities team.
YOUR ROLE IN BOX
