We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in inbound/outbound technical support for international clients. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for managing and closing your own calls, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Desired Skills:
· 1-2 years of experience in technical support within an International BPO environment.
· Proficient in closing calls independently.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Hands-on experience in troubleshooting issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email services, including Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices.
· Strong ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
· Willingness to work night shifts.
Note: Freshers need not apply.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and current CTC, with attractive incentives available.
