Your Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Act as the primary technical resource for your team.
- Review and resolve L2 and L3 tickets, tackling challenging issues.
- Manage P1 incidents, driving them to resolution smoothly.
Proactive Issue Management
Be proactive in identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Examine service catalogs and client environments.
- Identify areas for improvement across various clients.
- Suggest enhancements, upgrades, and efficient methods.
- Alert team members of potential escalations ahead of time.
Project Management
Oversee small to medium projects efficiently.
- Manage server builds, MFA, SSO, and security modifications.
- Collaborate directly with clients without Project Manager involvement.
- Focus on delivering effective results without excessive meetings.
Training and Mentorship
Enhance the skills of those around you.
- Guide junior engineers and aspiring tech leaders.
- Foster confidence and skills development.
- Help cultivate a lasting culture of learning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work effectively with various teams to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Projects teams.
- Ensure alignment towards one common goal: client satisfaction.
