You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our international clients, resolving issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and more.
Desired Skills:
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO environment.
· Proven ability to independently close calls effectively.
· Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
· Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting technical issues for products such as computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
· Flexibility to work night shifts is a must.
Please note: Freshers and candidates with only domestic BPO experience will not be considered.
Salary is negotiable based on prior experience and current CTC, complemented by attractive incentives.
