Your contributions will include product costing, profitability assessments, sales documentation, as well as assisting with reporting, cross-functional finance support, and month-end processes to facilitate informed business decisions.Key Duties:Conduct product costing for all entities within the organization.Perform profitability analysis and report findings back to management.Create sales documents for key customers across the Asia Pacific and provide backup for other international regions.Ensure the accuracy of customer order reports and update sales pricing documentation.Analyze sales and purchasing data to support management decision-making processes.Assist the purchasing, invoicing, payables, and receivables departments as needed.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Handle additional tasks as required.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in a high-volume accounts department.A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.Familiarity with multi-currency ERP software.Experience in the FMCG sector.Knowledge of tariffs and duties.A collaborative team player with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.Advanced proficiency in Excel.Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.Working Conditions & Expectations:This is a fully remote position set up as an independent contractor engagement.To maintain alignment and transparency, candidates selected for this role will be expected to:Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client engagements.Reflect this engagement in their work plans.
