Centric seeks a Technical Application Administrator for Banking Applications to join the team in Gouda, Zuid-Holland. This role is central to maintaining the stability and performance of banking and financial applications and databases. The position supports the availability of complex environments relied on by major financial clients.
Main responsibilities
- Develop, install, and manage applications and application-focused scripts on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Test and document applications, and establish standards and guidelines where needed.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, investigating root causes to prevent similar issues in the future.
- Coordinate and implement changes in close collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in internal and external projects for clients.
- Over time, provide advice and contribute to the design of technical application configurations and architectures.
Team and approach
The Technical Application Management department (TAB) at Centric manages both daily operations and the tactical direction of banking and financial applications. The team covers monitoring, incident and problem management, and supports improvements through change management and project work.
