Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for understanding business capabilities encompassing organization, processes, tools, and technologies necessary to meet business objectives. You will formulate future state enterprise business capability models and value chain architectures.
Key Activities:
· Foster strong partnerships within business units and application teams to gain expertise in the integration of business needs with supporting applications.
· Lead the planning, analysis, guidance, and definition of a business architecture that aligns with the overall business strategy.
· Utilize comprehensive knowledge of business capabilities and services to create tailored solution alternatives, enhancing customer satisfaction.
· Ensure alignment of organizational goals with necessary changes in structure, roles, reporting, and size.
· Confirm that the target business processes fulfill the requisite capability demands.
· Assess business change drivers to identify requirements for business, information, and technology solutions.
· Prioritize short-term needs to support critical business objectives.
· Collaborate with business, information, and technical experts to devise an effective business architecture.
