Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with engineers and artists to optimize and enhance asset production processes.
- Design and implement tools for efficient asset management within the game engine.
- Create and update shaders to improve visual fidelity.
- Optimize assets, shaders, and production pipelines based on specified hardware requirements.
- Address and resolve technical issues through effective troubleshooting.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Document processes and tools related to production pipelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Artist in game development.
- Proficient in Unreal Engine 5.
- Strong grasp of Blueprints and Editor Utility Widgets.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C#, C++).
- Experience in shader programming, including UE4/UE5 Materials system and HLSL/GLSL.
- Experience in developing art production tools.
- Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
