As a Technical Business Analyst at Squarepoint Capital, you will play a crucial role in steering the complete project lifecycle. This includes employing requirements elicitation techniques to gather business needs, pinpoint problems, and identify gaps, while assessing project objectives and monitoring progress to guarantee successful project delivery.
This role allows you to take ownership of business objectives and develop technology solutions that promote business growth. You will serve as the primary liaison between senior stakeholders, the Business Product Management Team, Quantitative Research, Trading, Development, Quality Assurance, Production Support, and Infrastructure Teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current business processes to present a complete picture.
- Identify technical needs and challenges through rigorous analysis.
- Structure and define requirements into technical projects.
- Design end-to-end solutions, suggest implementation strategies, and provide evaluations and recommendations for optimal decision-making.
- Lead product design initiatives in alignment with firm-wide goals by collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
- Create and maintain precise product and project specifications.
- Manage functional and technical knowledge, resolving outstanding queries efficiently.
- Establish project implementation plans and proactively monitor project progress while managing multiple priorities and effectively communicating these priorities to stakeholders.
