As a Technical Design Architect (Active Cluster & Cloud) (TDA-ACC), your role will leverage your deep technical expertise in replication, clustering, cloud solutions, and data migration. You will deliver exceptional implementation capabilities and technical guidance to our customers and sales teams, driving sales success. Collaborating across various departments, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering, you will scope and promote Professional Services solutions tailored to diverse customer needs. By understanding the unique business requirements and technical environments of our clients, you will craft and present customized solutions while actively participating in the implementation of replication, clustering, and migration solutions across the EMEA region. This role encompasses both pre-sales and delivery functions, allowing you to adapt to the demands of the moment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE...

Engaging with clients to identify their technical requirements related to specific products and market solutions, including replication best practices and disaster recovery strategies.
Providing post-sales support for the implementation of professional services solutions that have been sold.
Offering technical consultation and training to sales teams on new replication and data migration offerings.
Participating in customer evaluations and proof of concepts on Pure systems.
