About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a skilled lead engineer to spearhead the billing and revenue platform that drives Glean’s consumption-based pricing model for our AI offerings. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive technical leadership and oversee critical components of our billing infrastructure from start to finish. Collaborating closely with Product, Finance, Data, and Go-To-Market teams, you will ensure that every AI feature we release is measured accurately, billed transparently, and maintains a positive margin. Additionally, you will design sophisticated, user-friendly abstractions that simplify and secure product team integrations with the billing system, from monitoring usage to displaying billing insights within the admin console.
