Qualifications
Your Responsibilities● Design, develop, and scale core features and services across our full-stack (React, Laravel PHP, Node.js, Next.js).● Take comprehensive ownership of technical solutions, from design to deployment and monitoring.● Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to convert business challenges into scalable solutions.● Lead with an ownership mentality, challenge requirements, propose enhancements, and prioritize tasks that deliver substantial value.● Help guide our technical trajectory as we transition from a feature-focused company to a platform-centric organization.● Work with the team to embrace new technologies and enhance the current technology stack.● Actively participate in and elevate our engineering culture through mentorship, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
