Your Role
We are in search of a talented Web Technical Lead with extensive experience in web development and technical leadership. In this role, you will ensure the quality of our code, develop technical solutions, and provide guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers throughout project lifecycles.
Your Responsibilities
Project Delivery:
Engage in hands-on coding and conduct code reviews with your team.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and the Engineering Lead to guide clients through their product development journey while adhering to our best practices.
Lead discussions on technical architecture and design, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Team Mentorship:
Offer technical guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and effective tool selection.
Recruitment Participation:
Take part in the technical assessment of candidates to build a strong team.
Collaboration with Leadership:
Work alongside the Head of Engineering to enhance technology and engineering processes.
Coordinate activities across all engineering disciplines.
