Job Responsibilities
As a Technical Manager specializing in E-commerce Technology and Product Enhancement for Trafilea and our various brands (including Shapermint), you will play a crucial role that combines technical expertise with product knowledge, directly impacting our digital landscape. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
Assessment and Evaluation: Design and implement assessment methodologies, including balanced scorecard and SWOT analysis, to evaluate development stages and maturity levels.
Tech Evangelism: Act as a tech evangelist and subject matter expert, keeping stakeholders informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of customer businesses and products/services, collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize enhancements and recommend solutions focused on value creation.
Release Planning: Coordinate release schedules with stakeholder approval, managing end-to-end releases that include infrastructure, software, documentation, and training to ensure new features/services are operational.
Continuous Improvement: Align organizational practices with evolving business needs, identifying opportunities to enhance IT products, services, and practices.
Problem Management: Investigate incident causes, manage workarounds, and minimize the impact of issues through effective problem management strategies.
