In this role, you will be responsible for:

Creating user manuals and knowledge base articles related to our software and solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
Producing and translating (EN-PL/PL-EN) content for our official website and related services.
Editing technical and marketing posts on CodeTwo's websites and blogs, covering CodeTwo products, updates in the IT world, etc.
Monitoring social media, technical forums, and industry portals.
Developing user interface text for our applications.
Editing customer communication messages for CodeTwo.
Overseeing proofreading and quality control of texts created by other CodeTwo employees.
Collaborating closely with the Development, Customer Support, and Technical Marketing departments.
In addition to writing, you will familiarize yourself with the environments and programs you write about (a passion for exploring software is essential).

What we expect:

Fluent command of English, particularly in writing.
Ability to plan and create logical structures and texts for user manuals and other explanatory texts addressing complex technical issues for end-users.
Familiarity with English-language IT terminology.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (technical writer, copywriter, etc.) involving writing technical content (in the IT field) in English.
Practical knowledge of conversational English, for example, through relevant studies (English philology) or work experience abroad (English-speaking countries).
Excellent computer skills.
