Role overview

The Technical Product Manager (IB & Affiliate) is responsible for leading system integration projects and managing the delivery of partner and affiliate tools. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, this position blends technical know-how with commercial strategy, supporting products such as rebate engines, onboarding workflows, and reporting systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Product roadmap and strategy: Maintain and update the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives in line with business objectives and stakeholder feedback.
  • Stakeholder management: Act as the primary point of contact for both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams.
  • Requirements gathering: Collect and formalize requirements from various sources, translating them into technical specifications and user stories that focus on partner lifecycle, rebate logic, and affiliate program features.
  • Technical specifications: Define and document data structures, user interface components, integration flows, and API contracts.
  • Solution design collaboration: Partner with architects and engineers to make informed system and solution design decisions.
  • Project coordination: Oversee delivery planning, monitor milestones, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders and leadership updated on progress.
  • Documentation: Create clear documentation for both technical and user-facing aspects of the developed services.
  • Functional testing and validation: Support functional testing, prototype validation, and assist in resolving production issues as they arise.
