Role overview
This mid-level Technical Product Manager position sits within the Enterprise Customer Domain team. The role centers on shaping and advancing customer-centric platforms and data products used across SeekWell’s brands, including 1-800 Contacts, The Framery, and ExpressExam. The goal: create a unified, actionable view of customers to support personalization, analytics, marketing, and customer experience projects.
Collaboration is key. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with engineering, data, marketing, analytics, and customer experience teams to design and scale enterprise-level customer data solutions. The work directly supports downstream applications such as segmentation, lifecycle engagement, and experimentation.
What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of the Customer Domain product, covering customer identity, profiles, preferences, consent, behavioral data, and Customer 360 features across enterprise systems.
- Define and update the Customer Domain product vision and roadmap, aligning with business, marketing, analytics, personalization, and customer experience goals.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to oversee customer data ingestion, modeling, governance, and access, working with source systems, databases, Databricks, and enterprise APIs.
- Set up, monitor, and report on customer funnels, KPIs, and metrics in Databricks, ensuring consistency and accuracy with enterprise analytics standards.
- Support personalization and lifecycle management by making sure customer data is reliable, governed, and accessible to downstream platforms and tools.
- Contribute to customer data platform initiatives and help guide the company’s broader strategic direction in this space.
