Position Overview:
We are in search of a Technical Professional Services Lead to establish and oversee our professional services division. In this pivotal role, you will develop a partner delivery network and certified integration partners capable of delivering a spectrum of customization services for our key global accounts. This is a unique opportunity to scale a new function within a rapidly expanding company. Your responsibilities will encompass scoping, planning, and executing custom projects, alongside sourcing, onboarding, and managing a network of specialized contractors to provide tailored statement-of-work (SOW) engagements for our clients. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial scoping and contractor selection to delivery and invoicing, ensuring high-quality output, timely execution, and profitable margins.
This role is highly impactful and cross-functional, operating at the intersection of post-sales, operations, and finance. You will collaborate closely with sales, post-sales, product, and engineering teams to translate client requirements into clearly defined project scopes and align them with the appropriate contractor expertise.
