Progressoft is seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager who can also excel as a Business Analyst. In the role of Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse range of IT projects, liaising with the Project Management Office and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, validating, and facilitating the testing of business processes and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects and resources from conception to post-production support.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create requirement specifications using standardized templates and tools.
- Break down high-level business needs into comprehensive requirements, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Lead the requirements elicitation and analysis process, ensuring clarity and adherence to standards.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents, utilizing analysis models, prototypes, and wireframes as necessary.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing by drafting UAT plans and ensuring test data availability.
- Participate in quality assurance processes and testing.
- Work closely with developers and end-users to ensure application functionality aligns with client expectations.
- Collaborate with technical experts to establish the technical vision and balance usability with performance.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT Project Management and Business Analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English and Russian (both spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and facilitate collaboration.
- Deep understanding of various project management methodologies and business processes.
