As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of project plans for CRM integration initiatives centered around HubSpot. Your involvement will span the entire project lifecycle, including discovery, implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and integrations. Your expertise will be vital in managing project scope, evaluating requirements, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to guarantee project success.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Project Scheduling and Budget Management
- Craft comprehensive project plans that align with stakeholder needs and achieve desired outcomes within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with Resource Managers to accurately forecast and allocate necessary resources.
- Establish and monitor a budget that reflects the project’s scope and resource demands.
2) Project Tracking, Reporting, and Administration
- Oversee the completion, distribution, and archiving of all project documentation.
- Ensure timely preparation of briefs and address any ambiguities effectively.
- Monitor project progress and provide consistent updates to ensure alignment with client objectives.
3) Effective Communication and Client Engagement
- Identify problems and mobilize the right team members to resolve them urgently.
- Manage communications to ensure prompt responses to client inquiries.
- Assess project performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and manage project risks proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- Mid-level experience in managing systems integrations or CRM implementation projects.
- Proficient in Project Management Methodologies, with formal training preferred.
- Experience in consultancy, agency, or software development is highly advantageous.
