About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager who will play a crucial role in enhancing our project management practices and fostering a culture of excellence at Keyline.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully develop and implement electronic machinery and software applications, ensuring timely and within-scope project delivery.
- Adopt and manage Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to maximize project efficiency and responsiveness.
- Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure continuous improvement and effective collaboration.
- Act as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and address project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to sustain project momentum.
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to outline project scopes, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the creation of comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
- Validate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and ensure the successful integration of electronic machinery with corresponding software applications.
