Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: Austin, TX (on-site Monday to Friday)
Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential (On-Target Earnings: $90,000 in the first year)

Who We’re Looking For: We seek a determined, competitive, and diligent individual who excels at creating opportunities and forging strong relationships. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to address client needs across various industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Innovatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Develop a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands.
- Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and additional platforms to track and accumulate market intelligence.
- Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top-tier talent.
- Work closely with account executives to efficiently fulfill client staffing requirements.
