Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates using specialized platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub.
- Evaluate resumes by parsing for specialized skills and qualifications.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ capabilities.
- Facilitate candidate interviews utilizing various methods including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
- Collaborate with IT team leaders to anticipate departmental goals and hiring requirements.
- Create and distribute personalized recruitment emails to passive candidates highlighting current job openings.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process from beginning to end.
