About the Role:

As a Technical Recruiter specializing in IT roles, your main responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, and attract top-tier talent to fulfill the technical needs of our organization. You will play a vital role in building and sustaining a strong team of skilled IT professionals, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technological innovation.

Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

In this role, you will:

  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to discover and engage potential candidates.
  • Proactively connect with passive candidates and establish a pipeline for future recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling job postings that accurately represent the opportunities available within our organization.

Candidate Assessment:

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Conducting comprehensive technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and expectations.
