Your Role
Lead Technical Hiring
You will spearhead the recruitment efforts within our engineering organization, focusing on:
Product Engineers
Applied AI / LLM Engineers
Platform and Infrastructure Roles
Product and Technical Leadership Positions
Develop Strong Talent Pipelines
Proactively source and engage top-tier engineering talent across Scotland, the UK, and Europe. We seek individuals who excel in identifying exceptional candidates, beyond merely managing incoming applications.
Collaborate with Engineering Leadership
Work closely with our CTO and engineering managers to define new roles, enhance interview processes, and ensure we hire the best fit for our team.
Execute Exceptional Hiring Processes
Oversee the entirety of the hiring process, including:
Role Kick-offs
Sourcing and Outreach
Interview Coordination
Enhancing Candidate Experience
Offer Negotiation
Support Our Growth
Enhance our hiring playbooks, interview scorecards, and recruitment infrastructure as the engineering team expands.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in recruiting software engineers for fast-growing technology firms
Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes
Ability to engage with stakeholders and provide an outstanding candidate experience
