Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a dedicated, competitive, and results-driven individual who excels in generating opportunities and nurturing professional relationships. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be instrumental in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to fulfill client needs across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovatively source and recruit senior consultants and contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands
Foster and sustain long-term relationships with consultants to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Leverage CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence
Negotiate competitive compensation packages to attract top talent
Work collaboratively with account executives to efficiently fulfill client staffing requirements
Aim to meet and surpass daily and weekly performance metrics
