We are collaborating with an ambitious UK-based recruitment startup that specializes in placing top-tier engineering and automation professionals throughout the United States. With 17 active roles and rapid growth, this is the inaugural hire for the business, offering direct mentorship from the founder and the chance to play a crucial role in scaling operations.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated resourcer with a background in manufacturing, industrial automation, or mechanical and electrical engineering recruitment, who excels in a fast-paced, quality-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-caliber engineering and automation professionals across the US market.
  • Headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
  • Manage candidate pipelines for 17+ active roles.
  • Engage with East Coast-based US candidates (working aligned US hours).
  • Accurately maintain and update CRM/ATS systems.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Critically evaluate CVs and assess suitability for senior-level roles ($135k–$150k salary ranges).
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to placement.
