Main Responsibilities:
- Forge strong connections with architects, consultants, engineers, and public institutions to deliver exceptional technical support for various projects.
- Drive both direct and indirect sales by actively pursuing new project opportunities.
- Conduct technical training sessions for architects and other professionals on our product systems and solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation that showcases the structural and thermal performance of our systems.
- Develop and maintain BIM and CAD libraries to support our design initiatives.
- Effectively manage technical inquiries, providing expert consultancy for project requirements.
- Utilize our CRM system to ensure meticulous tracking of all data.
- Analyze competitor products to identify and leverage market advantages.
- Participate in certification processes with local authorities to ensure compliance.
- Enhance brand visibility through participation in regional fairs and events.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to innovate new solutions tailored to market demands.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in architectural project management or technical sales.
- Proficient in interpreting and creating technical drawings.
- Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, or similar design software is required.
- Exceptional communication skills and a willingness to conduct site visits as needed.
- Ability to comprehend technical documentation in English.
- Must have no travel restrictions and possess a valid driver’s license.
