This full-time, on-site position supports franchise owners throughout the United States and Canada. The role manages full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of City Wide franchise locations, combining analytical work with direct interaction with business owners and leaders. Advancement opportunities into senior, supervisory, or controller roles are available over time. What You Will Do Deliver comprehensive accounting services for assigned City Wide franchise locations, producing accurate and compliant financial reports franchisees use for business decisions. Oversee daily and monthly accounting operations: customer billing (contract and non-contract), vendor payments, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking activities, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations. Maintain invoice accuracy and complete monthly closes on time. Support payroll processing and sales/use tax reporting across multiple states and provinces. Ensure smooth month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, within five business days. Prepare monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) for each assigned franchise. Collaborate on annual budgets and rolling forecasts with the Franchise Controller and franchise owners. Create dashboards and reports using tools like Solver and Power BI to give franchisees clear insights into financial trends, profitability, and cash flow. Serve as a primary accounting resource for franchise owners and their teams. Respond to inquiries within defined timelines, participate in financial review meetings, and assist with external audit requests. Identify ways to strengthen internal controls, reduce errors, streamline processes, and support ERP and reporting automation projects that benefit both the finance team and the franchises. How Success Is Measured Complete month-end closings within five business days, every month. Maintain high accuracy in billing and finish reconciliations on schedule.
